Itโs Marta Turska โ Grochocka here. Today I would like to show you my art journal spread created in an old book. I love to alter books and turn them into art journals, itโs very creative way to use old books!
Printed pages are amazing backgrounds and I love to add mixed media touch to them.
These pages were created using Drop Dead Diva Magical set, I used 3 colors from this set:
Sassy Sapphire โ bright, vibrant teal with a silver shimmer;
Prima Donna Purple โ that perfect purple with a silver shimmer;
Hi Maintenance Magenta โ brilliant neon pink with a silver shimmer.
I prepared a video tutorial too!
Here are some details and close-ups, you can see how color goes through layers. Colors are mixing together and they have beautiful shades โ Magicals are really a drop of magic!
Pigment & water created a really cool pink mist, itโs delicate and gives a delicate shimmering.
