Hello Gang!
It’s Rita here on the Lindy’s blog and this time I came with Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) using Lindy’s Sprays and Embossing Powders.
Description of the process:
- I started with spraying a page of watercolor paper with Sprays from Sweet Treats Set and allowed them to dry. I “helped” a little bit with a hair dryer.
- I cut the sheet of paper to the size of 10,5 x 7,5 inches (planning to make 9 ATCs).
- Afterwards, I added texture paste through the stencil and while the paste was still wet I sprinkled it with the Oakleaf Olive Embossing Powder and melted it with the heat gun.
- I cut the sheet of paper to the size of 9 ATCs. The size of ATC is 2,5 x 3,5 inches, but I made them a little bit smaller since I was planning to put a sheet of black paper underneath. So the size of colored paper was 2,1/4 x 3,1/4 inches and the size of black paper was 2,5 x 3,5 inches.
- I added brown shades to the edges of ATS’s using Distress Oxide ink pad.
- Finally, I added a central piece together with some fabric to each ATC, glued everything together and added some splashes.
