I’d like to share with you a toutorial that presents my favourite two ways of using Lindy’s Stamp Gang fabulous mists.
I decided to show Yoy the way that I make canvas 🙂
All we need are:
The first step that we have to do is to prepare the background of our canvas. I put the thin coat of white gesso onto the whole surface of canvas. I use a sponge for it.
Then I dry it with the heater and I put the white acrylic medium through the mask. I chose the circle mask because it is perfect for boyish, a little messy projects 🙂
And I dry it with the heater again 🙂
I chose the mists that I’ll use 🙂 I also prepare some water and a few paintbrushes.
I used to splash the mists with the paintbrushes. It is one of my favourite ways of using mists. So I splash the first mist – Mad Hatter Mint.
I spray a little water on it.
And I dry it:
I do the same with the second mist – Baby Blue Eyes Aqua.

And the same with the third – Edelweiss Moss Green.
And that’s our background 🙂
Then I choose the embellishments – papers, stickers, tags, stamps, ribbons, laces, washi tapes, chipboards and so on…
I want my canvas to be three-dimensional so I stick the photo not to the canvas directly, but to the pieces of cardboard.
Then I make the composition.
The individual pieces of paper I stick behind the photo on different levels – that gives the three dimensions into my project 🙂
And now I colour the chipboard – it is my second favourite way of using Lindy’s Stamp Gang mists 🙂
I choose the mist,
and then I colour the chipboard – I use paintbrush for it. Mad Hatter Mint for smile,
Edelweiss Moss Green for arrows,
and Baby Blue Eyes Aqua for the camera.
And then I stick the chipboards on the canvas.
And the last step – I add the embellishments – washi tapes, stickers, stamps, flairs, pieces of the ribbon, some white paint splashes.
And there is – ready canvas with the cute photo of my little son 🙂
