Hello Everyone!
Today’s creation has a winter atmosphere.
This time I worked on a snow globe shaker base, where I applied the top and bottom layer of the 3 layers with white gesso. I used black sand and white crackle paste on the bottom layer.
I used Tilt-A-Wheel Teal flat mist for the snow globe and then I chose the Portrait Blazer Blue from the new Vinny’s View flat Shaker collection. I wanted to achieve a slightly lighter shade so I also sprayed Sidewalk Chalk flat mist.
For the lower part of the snow globe holder I used more intense darker colors, namely Hi Maintenance Magenta starburst and Alive And Kissing Cobalt from the new Kissing Klimt flat shaker collection.
Then I glued on the shaker section with silver, purple, pink, blue and gold sequins and beads.
On the top third layer I sprayed Blazing Black, Sassy Sapphire and Opal Sea Oats mists.
I used darker shades for the mould elements because of the lighter background of the frame and top. I used Impressionist Ink, Alive And Kissing Cobalt flat shaker, then Starburst mist Whale Watch Blue and Scintillating Silver glitzy magical for the final sparkle.
I used Slam Dunk Silver embossing powder for most of the chipboards and Wowzers White for the trees.
After that I only used waxes and granular decorative elements.
I made a tutorial on it, which you can find here:
I wish you a Happy New Year full of health, success and creativity.
