Hello gang! Natalie here today and here in South Australia we are in the heart of winter … the days are cold and drab, it’s overcast and grey …. so I felt the need to make something bright and punchy for my post today!
I love to make card,s and very rarely do I make them using pastes and sprays, so I really enjoyed whipping these ones up! (I’m more a paper based card maker!)

So easy and surprisingly quick too! Here are a few easy steps to make these cards.

I used the colors from the August Color Challenge release set as inspiration today – love this set!

The butterfly card is using Poincianna Red Flame, French Lilac & Ramblin Rose and the “hello” card is using Luscious Lime, Caribbean Blue and French Lilac.

I also used Toto’s Tornado Black to add a few final splatters for dimension and color my Imaginarium Designs words!
Here are a few close ups of the cards – how nice does that Gold shimmer look? 🙂
I’ve decided to give both of these cards away!
Please leave a comment on this post and I’ll have my faithful 12 year old assistant choose 2 winners, and I’ll announce them on my next post in about 10 days time!
I hope that wherever you are it’s sunny and warm and you are crafting up a storm!
Thanks for dropping by!
