Gift Certificates

I purchased 8 $10 gift certificates during the Valentine's Day sale but when I went to use them they were only worth what I had paid for them which was $7.50ish so it wasn't a sale at all as far as the gift certificates go. I sent messages to ask questions and was quite disappointed with how it was handled. This is the only time I've had an issue with the company.
